For Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer:-

Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.

Desirable Qualification:- Chartered Accountant(CA)/Company Secretary(CS)/Masters in Commerce/Masters
in Buisness Studies/Masters in Buisness Administration (Finance)/Masters in Buisness Economics.

For Junior Statistical Officer Officer:-

Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university with 60% marks in Mathematics in 12th class.
or
Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university with statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

For Statistical Investigator Grade-II:-

Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university with statistics as one of the subjects in all
the three years of graduation.

For All Other Posts:-

Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.

SSC-CGL 2020 Exam is going to conduct in 4 phases.

1st Phase  :-  SSC CGL Tier-1 Preliminary Exam (Computer Mode Exam)
2nd Phase :-  SSC CGL Tier-2 Mains Exam (Computer Mode exam)
3rd Phase :-   SSC CGL Tier-3 (Descriptive Paper):-It will be in Pen and Paper Mode
4rd Phase :-   SSC CGL Tier-4 (Data Entry Skill Test(DEST)/Computer Proficiency Test(CPT)-Whichever
Applicable)/Document Verification

This exam will conduct online.It consists of 4 sections with a total of 100 questions & maximum score of 200 marks.There is negative marking
i.e (.50 marks to be deducted for each wrong answers)

Note:-There is no sectional cut-off for each paper.Only total minimum qualifying marks is there.

Candidate need not require to qualify in each section seperataly.There will be total minimum cut-off marks
to be decided by SSC (Staff selection Commission) in order to qualify for next stage i.e SSC CGL Tier-2 Mains.

This exam will be conducting online.It consists of 4 Papers.There is a negative marking of .25 marks
for each wrong answer in Paper 2 (English Language & Comprehension) & .50 marks for each wrong answer in Paper 1
Paper 3 & Paper 4.

Paper 1 & Paper 2 are compulsory for all the posts.

Paper 3 will be only for those candidates who apply for the posts of Statistical Investigator Grade-II &
Junior Statistical Officer.

Paper 4 will be only for those candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-1 Exam for the post of Assistant
Accounts Afficer/Assistant Audit Officer.

Note:-There is a sectional cut-off for each paper in Tier-2 exam.

Based on the aggregate performance in Tier1 & Tier2 exam, candidates will be shortlisted for Tier3 exam.
Only those candidates who qualify in Tier 2 exam will be eligible for evaluation in the Tier 3 exam.

Based on the total performance in Tier1,Tier2 & Tier3 exam, candidates will be shortlisted for Tier4 exam.
In Tier4 there is a skill test DEST(Data Entry Skill Test)/CPT(Computer Proficiency Test) & then document
verification.If a candidate does not appear in skill test then he/she will not be eligible for posts where
CPT/DEST are mandatory.
